How to play Pairs
Clear the board two numbers at a time.
The rules
- Tap two numbers that are the same, or that add up to 10.
- They must see each other: next to each other across, down or diagonally, with only cleared squares between.
- The end of one row connects to the start of the next.
- Out of moves? Add Numbers copies what's left onto the end. Clear everything to win.
A quick example
3 and 7 make 10. The two 5s match because only a cleared square sits between them.
Tips
- Clear whole rows for a big bonus; the board shrinks and new pairs line up.
- Save Add Numbers for when you're really stuck; each one makes the board longer.
- Look down columns and diagonals, not just across.
- Pairs in a row build a combo for extra points.
